Deliveries:

Our aim is to deliver within the following time frames for orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday):

Auckland – Next Business Day (Monday to Friday)

North Island (Non-Rural) – 2-3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

South Island (Non-Rural) – 3-5 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

For Rural Deliveries please add up to 3 extra business days.

Please Note:    We cannot guarantee delivery times and days due to delays out of our control.  We use third-party courier companies and therefore cannot guarantee times due to their own delays.

 

Deliveries MUST be accepted and signed for by a person 18 years and older.  If you look under 25 years of age, the courier will ask for valid ID to prove you are over eighteen (18) years of age.

Returns:

If your order is broken in transit or does not arrive for any reason, we will of course give you a full refund or replacement (which ever you prefer).  Please contact us via email sales@madisondrinks.co.nz or (09) 575 0946 within 2 business days of your expected delivery date.
